My cousin had to gerbils who died in a sad but funny way. The first one died eating its food. It popped one last sunflower seed in its mouth and died. The next one died running in the wheel. It was running fast then slowed to a jog then stopped and fell into a sad long sleep. It was dead.

Sad! My other gerbil is probably going to die soon. It is almost 3 years old....
